Stationary thermography cameras for maximum measuring accuracy
These infrared cameras have proven their quality in industrial applications and are easy to integrate into existing plants and systems.
Jenoptik offers a whole range of thermography cameras for stationary use, for example in industrial plants or mobile systems. These cameras feature state-of-the-art technology and are the product of our many years of expertise in high-quality thermography technology. We have been developing and producing thermal imagers for a wide range of applications for more than 25 years. When it comes to resolution, the 3.1 IR megapixels offered by our devices make us the global technological market leader.
The cameras can be used to measure temperature distributions on surfaces with maximum accuracy. The data is transferred to an external computer in real time, enabling detailed visualizations and analyses to be performed. Standard interfaces such as WLAN, DVI-D and GigE Vision ensure the infrared camera is easy to integrate into your own system. In solar power plants, for example, the camera can be used to measure the temperature on the absorber to prevent it from overheating.
The measuring method is non-contact and extremely accurate: A high spatial resolution thanks to the dynamic resolution enhancement function ensures precise results. This method increases the resolution and makes even the smallest details visible. Jenoptik has extensive expertise in the application of resolution-based technology in radiometric thermal imagers and is constantly refining this technology. All thermography cameras are fitted in robust housings that protect them against damage. As uncooled Jenoptik thermal imaging technology requires very little maintenance, there are hardly any follow-up costs.

IR-TCM HD

IR-TCM HD
- Up to 3.1 infrared megapixels highest resolution
- High temperature measurement range
- High thermal sensitivity
- Various interface options, including wireless options
The camera measures surface temperatures in real time. The data is then used to monitor or control industrial processes. Even minimal changes in temperature can be detected thanks to the highest image resolution on the market of up to 3.1 IR megapixels. This high resolution is achieved by combining microbolometer arrays with optomechanical resolution enhancement technology.
Using this thermography camera, even wide measuring ranges can be captured in a fully non-contact and extremely reliable process. As the technology is based on uncooled microbolometer arrays combined with established Jenoptik technology, the thermography camera requires almost no maintenance. The exceptionally stable construction and robust, industrial-strength housing reduce life cycle costs to a minimum.

Infrared optics and lenses
For IR-TCM HD infrared cameras we offer a broad choice of lenses and converters suitable for various thermal imaging applications.
Each thermographic camera from Jenoptik is individually calibrated for the lenses purchased with the camera. If you are changing the lens, the camera automatically detects the lens type and selects the corresponding calibration profile.
Lenses are available either with IP54 proof bayonet mount or with IP67 proof thread mount.
All lenses are manufactured by Jenoptik and come with sophisticated optical coating, for example anti-reflective coating or spectral-selective interference filters. Depending on lens type or focal length, some lenses are additionally coated with a highly resistant DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating for special surface protection.
